This includes managing the daily operations of the department, overseeing the work of staff, and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of operations management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the department, including scheduling, staffing, and budgeting.
- Oversee client intake, and retention department
- Oversee the work of staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget
- Communicate with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and other departments
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the department
- Resolve conflicts and problems as they arise
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Strong understanding of operations management principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
