The Program:
We are seeking an analyst to join the economics and research team in our analyst-development program. The program is designed for recent college graduates, for a tenure of 3-4 years, after which analysts typically leave to attend graduate school. Exceptional analysts can be promoted to associate before leaving the program. Candidates with prior relevant work experience will be considered. This is an in-office position with some flexibility allowed for remote work when needed.
The Role:
The successful candidate will join a small, dynamic team focused on achieving the best possible outcomes for our clients through innovative research, forecasting, and data analytics. The team’s work is critical to the formulation of commercial real estate investment strategies and the execution of those strategies. The successful candidate will be passionate about economic, demographic, and market research and possess the motivation and intellectual curiosity to cultivate forward-thinking perspectives on current and future market dynamics. The person in this position must have the ability to synthesize large amounts of data and qualitative information and effectively and concisely communicate findings to the relevant stakeholders. Opportunities will exist to take ownership of key research topics as well as gather and analyze data and qualitative research relevant to investment decisions. Strong verbal and written communication skills and quantitative ability will be crucial. This position reports directly to the chief economist and head of research and offers direct exposure to senior management.
