Part Time Concierge

Location: Monark Grove Madison, 11260 County Line Road, Madison, AL, 35756

Job Summary:

The Part Time Concierge will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to residents and guests of Monark Grove Madison. The Concierge will be the first point of contact for all visitors and will be responsible for creating a welcoming and friendly environment. The Concierge will also be responsible for managing the front desk, answering phone calls, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome residents and guests
• Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties
• Manage front desk and lobby area
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service to all visitors
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with resident events and activities

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Ability to bend, stoop, and reach
