We are looking to hire a Lead Concierge to join our team. The position is responsible for creating the first impression of the community, supervising and training supporting concierge positions and maintaining organization at the concierge station.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Greeting all residents and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Ensures the telephone is answered promptly and calls are directed as needed
Maintains knowledge of the Risk Management Binder
Treats all residents and guests in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction. Always strives to exceed expectations.
Provides training for new associates as appropriate
Primary person responsible for scheduling resident transportation
Provides support to Executive Director and Business Office Manager as needed

Outstanding customer service skills
High integrity, positive attitude, mission driven and self-directed
Passion, dedication and commitment for providing seniors an engaging, enlivening and captivating living environment
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:
One-year experience in the industry or related field
