Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Technology Project Manager to lead our technology initiatives within the merchant services industry. As a Technology Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and execution of various technology projects aimed at enhancing our merchant services offerings. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end project management lifecycle for technology projects related to merchant services, including but not limited to payment processing systems, point-of-sale (POS) solutions, fraud prevention tools, and data analytics platforms.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and executive team.
• Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and clients to drive alignment and achieve project goals.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, escalate issues as needed, and proactively resolve conflicts to keep projects on track.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to inform project strategies and maintain competitive advantage.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing technology projects in the merchant services industry, with at least 3 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of payment processing systems, POS solutions, and other technologies commonly used in the merchant services ecosystem.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and adapt to changing requirements in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical teams.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams and driving consensus among diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with risk management, issue tracking, and project documentation practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
