Position Overview:

As a Junior Risk Manager at Beyond Bancard, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our business against potential risks and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will work closely with senior risk management professionals to assess, monitor, and mitigate risks associated with our merchant services operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in risk management within the dynamic fintech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of risk management policies and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and analysis to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
• Monitor transactional activities and patterns to detect suspicious behavior and fraudulent activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address risk-related issues and develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance with relevant standards.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management to communicate risk findings and recommendations effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in risk management, preferably within the financial services or merchant services industry.

• Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and regulatory requirements.
