Position Summary:

The objective of the US Commercial Project Manager is to ensure alignment around how to manage Falck’s bid tracking, management, and response process for all related opportunities in US. This includes managing bid preparation, writing, ensuring adherence to the bid approval process, and providing information on an ongoing basis to Falck HQ in Denmark. The Commercial Project Manager must enforce a process- and data-driven approach to our bid process and ensure all relevant departments are involved when required.

The US Commercial Project Manager will provide ad-hoc support on cost calculations, when required.

Responsibilities:

• Manage bid process in accordance with agreed process flow and RACI chart
• Ensure close collaboration with HQ functions in Denmark
• Support pre-bid activities and customer relationship management (CRM) input and tracking
• Own bid writing activities or provide close support if managed by other
• Own and develop tools used during the bid process
• Ensure all relevant stakeholders are included in the bid process
• Provide input to pricing discussion
• Ensure adherence to the bid approval process
• Provide information to HQ in Denmark to ensure alignment on ongoing activities
