This role will be responsible for supporting the Payments Product Manager and overall Product Management team with both existing and new product development processes to meet customer needs. The candidate for this role must possess a strong attitude, eager to learn, and the ability to build and maintain collaborative working relationships with key team partners and leaders. 

Primary Responsibilities: 

• Perform operational tasks related to credit cards and deposits within the Banking & Payments Solutions team.
• Assist in the preparation of presentational material for important stakeholders.
• Collaborate with team members to support day-to-day processes.
• Support the team in its growth and development of innovative products/projects.
• Eventually participate in larger projects as skills and knowledge develop.

Reporting Structure:

• Reports to the Vice President of Banking & Payment Solutions but will work closely with all members of the team.

Education and Experience:

• BS, BA or BBA degree Finance, Business Administration or related field or any combination of education and training. 

Language Skills:

• Excellent Written/Verbal skills in English and Portuguese, and knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
