Better Business Bureau - Serving the Heart of Texas Business Development Representative - Inside Sales Location : 99% Remote! Reports to : Business Development Manager FLSA Status : Non-Exempt Compensation : With this Inside Sales position, uncapped commissions mean that our Business Development Representatives earn between $45,000 - $100,000 per year, dependent on their own performance.

Our top three representatives earn more than $150,000 per year Our Business Development Department has been recognized nationally among Better Business Bureaus for almost a decade as one of the country's most efficient and effective teams.

We've won numerous awards, including Top Salesperson in the Country for eight consecutive years! As of June 2023, five of our representatives have been listed among North America's top 10 overall BBB representatives.

We have one of the Best BBB Sales Teams in the country because of the teamwork, attitude, training, coaching, and support we give all our sales representatives.

So, what do Business Development Representatives do, you may ask? As an inside sales position, making 80-100 cold calls daily, t he Business Development Representative sells the value of becoming a BBB Accredited Business.

With over 225,000 businesses in our service area and expectations of continued growth, Business Development Representatives identify, vet, and highlight the value of BBB Accreditation to businesses across a wide range of industries.

Leads originate from our extensive database, proactive approaches by the Business Development Representatives sourcing their leads, online accreditation requests, and other community outreach initiatives.
