Better Business Bureau of Central New England is Hiring a Customer Engagement Specialist Near Worcester, MA
Summary: We are looking for a Customer Engagement Specialist to support onboarding newly accredited businesses and maintain member retention at our BBB. Our ideal candidate will be confident on the phone, a problem solver, have a positive attitude and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities & Expectations
- Build relationships with BBB Accredited Businesses to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by offering proactive support and addressing questions
- Help to create, optimize, and evolve retention strategies/programs. Work across departments when necessary
- Sell add-on programs to existing BBB Accredited Businesses
- Be well versed in the mission of the BBB and all of the benefits of BBB Accreditation
Qualifications
- Impeccable customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Skilled in determining customer needs and offering solutions
- Must be coachable and have a competitive nature
- Must be a team player
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
