Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate information or resolutions
• Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company in a positive manner
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner
• Provide product information and assist with product suggestions
• Monitor and manage customer feedback and reviews

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer service or support role preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in computer systems and software, including MS Office
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
