Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all. Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hotel management or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of front desk operations and phone systems is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Guest relations skills to provide exceptional service
- Bilingual proficiency is an asset
