Successful candidates will possess a working knowledge of the computerized guest registration and accounting systems, as well as strong customer service and communication skills. A Night Auditor will be expected to be attentive at all times, and possess a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

• Be able to perform the following duties accurately and quickly to provide exceptional service to hotel guests.:Check-ins and check-outs.
• Check rates against rate book.
• Complete billing transactions at the front desk.
• Answer questions from guests regarding room rates, room availability, directions, restaurants, and other matters.
• Manage reservations.
• Maintain cleanliness of hotel rooms and other hotel facilities.
• Reconcile all monies collected including cash, credit cards, travelers checks, etc.
• Answer guest complaints in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Preset all keys and alarms at the start of each shift.
• Know emergency procedures in case of fire or incapacitated hotel personnel.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
