We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to be our leading player in our Real Estate & Mortgage industry, working from our office in Dana Point, CA.

What we are looking for:

• At least 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable within the Real Estate & Mortgage industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Business (Accounting, Business Administration/Economics, or Construction Management) preferred.
• Strong contract management skills, including project cost understanding and vendor relationship management.
• Completion of accounting courses, including Beginning & Cost/Management Accounting, is advantageous.
