What you get to do with us:

• Address team inquiries promptly to ensure timely execution of contracts and NDAs.
• Update and maintain legal templates as required by the Legal Department.
• Draft legal documents such as contracts, customer communications, and vendor support communications.
• Support the contract review process by proofreading, redlining, and providing edit suggestions for contracts and other legal documents (experience with this is required).
• Uphold the confidentiality requirements of the legal department.

What we need form you:

• 3 years of experience reviewing and negotiating contracts and agreements in a corporate setting.
• Proficiency with corporate software and technology (e.g., NetSuite, DocuSign, Legal Contract Management Software, legal databases).
• Ability to conduct legal research using tools like Westlaw.
• Experience in drafting legal documents and providing legal advice.
• Familiarity with insurance requirements and the Certificate of Insurance (COI).
• Capable of drafting templates and reviewing/redlining legal documents (e.g., contracts, NDAs, addenda, and amendments).

Education and/or Experience:

A bachelor’s degree or certification in paralegal studies is preferred, but experience is accepted.
