Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
- Accurately process cash, money order and credit card transactions.
-Basic math skills to perform cash change calculations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate and up to date customer records in the database
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Ability to multitask and handle high volume of customer inquiries
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
