Maintenance Technician

Duties:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting and repairs, on various equipment and systems.

- Analyze and diagnose issues to determine the appropriate course of action.

- Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

- Respond to service requests in a timely manner and provide excellent customer service.

- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and tasks efficiently.

- Fabricate or modify parts as needed to support maintenance activities.

- Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

- Experience working as a Maintenance Technician or in a related field.

- Strong knowledge of high voltage and low voltage systems.

-Previous experience with Electrical, Drywall, painting and Plumbing a plus!

- Proficient in analyzing and diagnosing electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues.

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with tenants and team members.

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
