Full Time – Inside Sales Support Account Executive

ROLE:
Berkeley Life Professional Nitric Oxide Support is targeting significant growth in the Health Care Practitioner channel. As a key member of our sales force, you can promote and sell cutting-edge nutraceuticals to healthcare providers across the assigned territory. This position requires a strong science base and the ability to educate medical providers on clinical studies, product knowledge, and applications. This role requires working from home to meet and call on health care providers. There is occasional travel to medical conferences and events. The inside sales position plays a vital role in sales generation, qualifying account opportunities, managing customer relationships by identifying needs, and closing sales to develop and increase business. This role may also include overall sales support for other sales team members as needed and defined in metrics.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Register and attend medical conferences, trade shows, dinners, and events on behalf of Berkeley Life Professional
- Prospect new leads by in-person cold calling, emailing, and texting with Health Care Providers
- Nurture ongoing lead relationships in the form of emails, mailings outbound calls, and virtual meetings.
- Re-engage and reactivate lapsed accounts by meeting in person, calling, emailing, and texting.
- Manage order fulfillment from new and existing Practitioner Accounts directly and through our Fulfilment Partners
- Work with all accounts while identifying and prioritizing the needs of high volume and high potential Accounts on an individual basis to maximize sales
-Collaborate with Marketing, Learning and Development, and Events teams to stay up to date on new and upcoming initiatives, product updates, learning opportunities, and sharing industry trends as observed via working with the HCP market.
- Participate in learning and development clinical training, sales training, and other learning opportunities to maintain professional and technical knowledge
- Report as directed to the Director of Sales on product focus, key initiatives, activity, KPI, and metrics.
- Contributes to company growth by sharing, collaborating, and supporting other team members to facilitate overall company benefit.
- Manage time, calendar, and route planning to maximize time spent with leads, prospects, accounts, and internal contacts to increase sales revenue and maintain any sales budgets.
- EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience in Professional nutraceutical or B2B inside sales is preferred
- Proven skills in prospecting, networking, cold calling, building and managing a pipeline, presenting and closing
- A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding goals
- The drive and self-motivation to succeed in an entrepreneurial environment
- Experience coordinating and attending medical conferences.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Effective contact management and reporting skills
- Ability to work from home
- Willingness to travel
- Fluent English
COMPENSATION:
- This role will be a mix of base compensation and commission and bonus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55K- 100K per year- Uncapped commission – Quarterly bonus and competitive Base Salary
