Berger Transfer & Storage, Inc is seeking a Inside Sales Representative to join our team in St. Paul, MN!

Responsibilities for our Inside Sales Representatives include but are not limited to:

● Develops new prospects and interacts with existing clients by phone/virtually;

● Develops and maintains a thorough knowledge of Berger services and our pricing structure;

● Determines customer needs and propose appropriate services;

● Provides price quotes for local/long distance moving services and storage;

● Clearly and accurately communicates the customers’ needs and exceptions to the Move Coordinators and Operations teams;

● Provides timely follow up with potential customers and office staff;

● Focuses on the retention and growth of business for Berger Transfer and Storage

● Other duties as assigned by management.

The successful candidate for this position will share the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:

● High School Diploma or Equivalent (required);

● Previous sales experience at a customer service level (preferred);

● Previous experience in residential moving (preferred);

● Confident with strong verbal and written communication skills;

● Excellent follow up skills are essential;

● Must be a team player;

● Strong presentation, organizational, multitasking, and time management skills;

● Able to work in a fast paced team sales environment with minimal supervision;

● Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite.
