Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled IT Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. This position requires a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users regarding software and hardware issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems in a timely manner
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications
- Set up and maintain network connections including VPNs and LANs
- Ensure the security of IT systems and data
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve overall system efficiency
- Offer exceptional customer service to all users
Skills:
- Proficiency in IT support and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of operating systems, software applications, and computer networking
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure components
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
