BEON Retirement is Hiring a Customer Service Representative Near Lansdale, PA

We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative who wishes to be in an office setting, be a part of a great team and willing to learn the role in administering employer sponsored qualified retirement plans (e.g. 401k). Ideal candidate is a team player, customer service oriented, good at math, enjoys working with numbers and spreadsheets,has strong attention to detail skills. In addition the ideal candidate has strong analytical and problem solving skills and ability to deliver exceptional work product.

This opportunity has lots of upward mobility potential. The glide path for this role is to assume an Account Manager position after the proper training and demonstrating the necessary professional development and competencies required.

We are looking for an individual with at least 2 years of professional experience in a role that utilizes the above listed skillsets (e.g. finance, accounting, banking, actuary, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Understand and learn how to administer employer sponsored retirement plans
  • Assist with customer service requests
  • Utilize company software to perform a number of customer service tasks
  • Promote a positive and proactive attitude within our firm, with our clients and business partners
  • Take pride in delivering an accurate and exceptional work product
  • Willingness to learn and professionally develop
