Benzeen Auto Parts has been serving its customers for over 10 years with all late model vehicle parts and we are looking for a Sales Manager to join our stellar team! As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the sales department. You will hire and train sales staff, and coach and develop your team to ensure sales goals are met.

Essential job functions: 

• Identifies the hiring needs of the Sales Specialist team and supports the recruiting process
• Supports the training and development process of new and existing employees
• Motivates and develops the sales teams to achieve their individual and company goals
• Resolves customer complaints, staffing problems, and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales department operations
• Supports achievement of monthly and quarterly sales goals to align with company revenue growth plan 
• Oversees and directs the performance of the Sales team 
• Reviews customer activity, anticipates customer needs, and improves customer satisfaction
• Creates sales reports and provides feedback to the leadership team at company meetings
• Role model Benzeen core values as a representation of the company
• Establishes and maintains key customer relationships.
• Perform related duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Business Administration, and/or a minimum of three years of work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role
• Ability to work in a team environment in high pressure situations.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
• Strong written and oral communication skills are essential.
• Preferred knowledge in auto parts
• All Benzeen employees must be willing to travel to both Marysville and Rancho Cordova locations.

• While performing the duties of this job, the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate loud
• The employee must frequently lift and/or move more than 25 pounds 

Travel Requirements:

• Must be willing to travel to both Marysville and Rancho Cordova locations as needed.
