Benevity is looking for a passionate, driven Regional VP of Sales with a track record of success in leading Enterprise B2B software sales reps. The perfect candidate would have experience with value selling, excellent relationship management skills and genuinely enjoy working alongside sales reps to identify and develop prospects into Raving Fans of Benevity (RFOBs)!
In this role you will focus on new client acquisition for Benevity's employee engagement and community investment software solutions for EMEA companies. You will be a key contributor by coaching sales reps through deals and helping them meet their quotas each quarter, as well as work closely with prospective clients as a trusted advisor to deeply understand their unique company challenges and goals. You will consult with prospective clients to evangelize solutions that will help them reach their business and social impact goals. You will help build cross-functional relationships, own the account distribution for your team, monitor pipeline and identify trends that help sell Benevity's SaaS solutions to enterprise companies. To be successful in this role, it is important that you are motivated by making a difference, you are passionate about beating your numbers, delivering accurate forecasts, while assisting clients in surpassing their goals, and harboring the ambition to contribute to the evolution of a forward-thinking, mission-oriented software enterprise.
