We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team!
Our Customer Service Advisor is the first point of contact for our customers, and is responsible for communicating with customers about their vehicle repair needs and relaying information to the Service Technicians. Our Customer Service Advisor is responsible for greeting customers and helping them determine repairs and maintenance required for their vehicle, keeping the customer updated on the status of their vehicle service, and informing the customer of costs that could be incurred for service.
- Automotive service and tire knowledge required
- Willingness to provide superior customer service
- Retail experience preferred
- Solid work history
- Valid Driver's License with safe driving record
- Pre-employment drug screen
