Landmark Cadillac/Mitsubishi , Inc. in Springfield, Illinois is looking for a Service Advisor to join our team! We are a small, supportive team motivated to help each member succeed!

Put your automotive service experience & knowledge to work and benefit from a great customer base and an excellent service environment. This is a Monday - Friday work schedule and occasional Saturday mornings. Compensation is a base salary commissions.

• meet and greet our great customers
• troubleshoot with our technicians to solve customer repair problems
• advise customers on necessary/suggested services
• answer customer questions and meet their needs promptly and professionally
• follow up with customers in regard to service success outcomes

• high school diploma or equivalent
