Ben Abbott and Associates is a busy law firm. We are looking for a canidate with the following qualifications:

- Provide administrative support

- Answer phone calls and provide status updates and adequate customer service to our clients
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence and emails

-Scan Mail daily and save it into appropriate cases.

- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

- High school diploma; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus
