HireArt is helping Belle hire a bilingual Nashville-based Customer Service Associate with fluency in Spanish and English to provide the highest quality support for the customers the company serves.
In this role, you’ll perform daily scheduling as well as communication and outreach.
We’re looking for candidates who can demonstrate strong verbal communication and patience with the wonderful seniors the company serves.
New hires will temporarily work from home, but should expect to resume onsite work shortly. Once in-office work resumes, candidates can expect to work remotely Monday and Friday and onsite Tuesday - Thursday.
All candidates must be bilingual (English/Spanish) and able to work on their own laptop.
This role offers a quarterly bonus and incentive compensation.
As a Customer Service Associate, you’ll:

• Participate in 1-week training during normal business hours.
• Administrate customer service functions (e.g. phone, email, and chat).
• Represent the “voice” of Belle to customers.
• Liaise with Belle Technicians in the field to resolve member requests/inquiries.
• 1 years customer service, retail, or receptionist experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish is required
• Provide, maintain and use personal computer, WiFi and mobile phone for work
• Articulate and patiently communicate with senior citizens over the phone
• Maintain, own, schedule, and attend to work assignments with minimal supervision
• Exhibit a positive, energetic, and empathetic personality
• Startup, clinic receptionist, salon/spa receptionist or senior citizen experience is preferred

Commitment: This is a full-time, 6-month contract-to-hire position staffed via HireArt and based in Nashville, TN. It will be fully remote until offices reopen and is available to candidates local to the Nashville area.
