Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager to oversee our operations in multiple locations. As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of our properties, as well as maintaining strong relationships with clients and tenants.
Duties:
- Manage a portfolio of properties within the assigned region
- Oversee property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental income
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with company standards
- Address tenant concerns and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with legal and administrative teams to ensure compliance with LIHTC, Section 8, and other regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with real estate administrative staff to ensure accurate and timely completion of lease agreements, contracts, and other documentation
- Provide guidance and support to property managers and staff members
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities
Experience:
- Proven experience in property management or related field
- Familiarity with legal administrative processes in real estate
- Excellent conflict management skills to handle tenant disputes effectively
- Exceptional phone etiquette and negotiation abilities
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and tenants
- Proficient in data entry and record keeping
