**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager to oversee and lead our regional operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the profitability, sales, and overall performance of multiple locations within the region. **Duties:** - Manage and oversee the operations of multiple locations within the region - Drive profit loss management and ensure financial targets are met - Lead sales initiatives to drive revenue growth - Supervise and mentor store managers and staff - Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives - Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency - Lead project management initiatives to drive operational excellence - Drive business development efforts to expand market presence - Provide strong leadership and direction to achieve regional goals **Qualifications:** - Proven experience in managing multiple locations or regions - Proficiency in profit loss management, sales, and strategic planning - Strong background in process improvement and project management - Demonstrated success in business development and leadership roles **Nice-to-Have Skills:** - Experience supervising teams across multiple locations - Strategic planning expertise to drive regional growth - Proven track record in process improvement initiatives - Strong project management skills to lead cross-functional projects - Business development acumen to identify growth opportunities - Exceptional leadership capabilities to inspire and motivate teams This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.
