Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and has a passion for sales.

Duties:

- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing proposals

- Coordinate and schedule appoitments

- Maintain customer communication and update customer information as needed

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide package information

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of production and services

Requirements:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

- Fluency in Spanish is a plus

Pay: $40,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
