The team :
We provide onsite and remote Managed Services for a variety of customers across Telecoms, Retail, Media and Financial Services.
This can range from desktop support, to hardware lifecycle management to specialist technical support.
The role :
You will be responsible for carrying out first line technical support activities to provide a proactive and reactive support service to achieve customer satisfaction as for the client.
The shift available is : Sunday-Thursday 23 : 00-07 : 00. This is a permanent role, fully remote EST
