(BHW) is looking for caring, compassionate, and high-energy individuals who want a rewarding career that makes a difference in the lives of those affected by Autism.JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Clinical Manager is required to have a minimum of a master’s degree in psychology, child development, special education, applied behavior analysis, or a related field and is required to be BCBA certified or a qualified LICENSED healthcare professional who meets state requirements. The Clinical Manager is also required to have relevant supervision experience and meet all of BHW’s program competencies. The Clinical Manager reports directly to the Clinical Director and develops, monitors, and oversees ABA treatment plans, provides direct clinical case supervision to behavior technicians, and provides oversight and direction of assigned cases and behavior technicians. Outstanding communication and leadership skills are necessary for this role.
