The ISL Manager position is a full time, salaried exempt position. They are Responsible, Reliable and Ready to change into their super hero cape at any time! All ISL supervisor positions are considered on-call during all business and after hours should emergencies arise in regard to individuals and as such will be willing to work a flexible work schedule. But I mean what are you doing anyway, right?
