Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and organized Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the logistics and operations of our warehouse, ensuring high levels of customer service and support for drivers and the dispatch operations team.

Essential Functions:
1. Serve as the main point of contact for inbound deliveries
2. Sort incoming deliveries based on geography/zip codes
3. Ensure the verification and accuracy of inventory with with order system and hard-copy manifests
4. Order entry in company software system
5. Complete, organize, and track paperwork and follow processes for warehouse customers
6. Support dispatch team by planning and coordinating routes to ensure timely and efficient deliveries
7. Take inbound calls from customers and enter orders with accuracy
8. Provide support for drivers and work issues as they arise
9. Communicate all relevant information about Warehouse Operations and related matters to the dispatch team and management

1. Strong organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills
2. Ability to organize work, prioritize objectives, and exercise independent judgment based on company practices and processes
3. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast=paced environment while collaborating effectively with team members
4. High stamina and ability to handle pressure
5. Possess a positive, confident, tactful, and respectful manner
6. Ability to identify processes and advise ways to improve efficiencies in them

Requirements:

1. High School diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics is a plus but not required
2. Experience in logistics or warehouse operations
3. Basic computer skills for order entry
4. Reliability and dedication to working with and being responsible to a team
5. Willingness to drive company vehicles to make deliveries when volume requires

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 - $19.50 per hour
