Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact after a sale, providing exceptional service and support. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and has excellent communication skills. Must be able to problem solve.
Duties:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our products and services
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Demonstrate phone etiquette by maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Customer service survey goals
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Sales experience is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency in additional languages is a bonus
