Job Description Summary

We are seeking a versatile administrative professional to join our team. This role is pivotal in maintaining the smooth operation of our office, serving as the VP of first impressions, anchor for internal and external interactions, including front desk coverage, general reception duties, and multi-department administrative support. Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours Monday through Friday. Not a remote position.

Qualifications


Required Education and Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience in an office environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Proficiency in using internet-based phone/communication systems.
  • Exceptional communication skills, demonstrating professionalism both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Prior experience with CRM platforms, particularly Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams collaboration software.
  • Associate degree or equivalent education.
