WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AT BEAMERY

  • Fostering new relationships for Beamery through your own account-based selling efforts and navigate key senior decision-makers within our enterprise account segment.

  • Purposefully managing a book of business to ensure engagement and alignment with key decision makers to build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities to deliver consistent and predictable revenue for Beamery

  • Lead in-depth conversations with decision-makers about the Talent/HR Transformation strategy needs of the world’s most renowned brands.

  • Focused on Initiating, negotiating and securing new customers while also helping our existing customer base grow through product and usage upsells.

  • Serve as the voice of our largest customers and will be regularly sharing feedback with the rest of the company including product, success and marketing teams.

  • You want to sell a SaaS product that solves real business problems for growing companies.

  • You’re a hunter and want to focus on selling, not supporting customers post sale. Our team of implementation and customer success experts will take the lead following sales handoff, freeing you up to focus on landing the next big deal.

  • But you also want the upside for customers you’ve brought into the Beamery portfolio. Our AEs will also lead upsell opportunities as our customers look to us for strategic guidance in adding to their tech stack to support their talent transformation agenda.

  • You've been told (more than once) that you're scrappy, resourceful, roll-up-the-sleeves get stuff done type of person that understands that each individual is accountable for his/her own success.

  • You're friends describe you as trustworthy, loyal and dependable, highly focused on following through and over-delivering.

  • You don't leave things to chance or rely on your ability to "wing it." Instead, you're calculated and prepared (maybe even over-prepared) to ensure you maximize each interaction to make a positive impact and further a sales process.

  • Are you thoughtful and empathetic, a high emotional IQ is essential to building great relationships internally and externally.


WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

  • You have been successfully selling SaaS solutions; a huge plus if you have sold Talent, HCM/HR software solutions

  • We’d be super excited to see a foundation in recruitment, talent or HR

  • You have proven credibility consulting and authentically engaging with c-suite level decision makers (e.g. CHRO, CPO, VP Talent, etc)

  • You can demonstrate repeatable success in driving net-new business with top tier accounts: you’re the kind of person who is used to navigating complex sales cycles, and building lasting relationships with global brands

  • You have a point of view but you don’t let ego get in the way— our culture of collaboration is important to us and we work to preserve it

  • You have a proven sales process but continuously looking for ways to modify and improve - a growth mindset is important

  • We’re a culture focused on curiosity, growth and collaboration, supporting and bettering each other is why we show up each day.

  • You are confident thriving in often ambiguous and autonomous environments, leveraging the resources available to help achieve your goals.
