Required Skills:

3 years of IT experience

Ability to monitor production systems, emails and escalate when issues arise

Exposure to monitoring tools and the ability to learn quickly

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

High attention to detail and follow up skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must work well in a team environment

Desired Skills:

Experience with Linux Commands

Exposure to Control-M

Experience documenting within a ticketing system

Description of Role/Responsibilities:

We are looking for an IT Professional who enjoys monitoring systems, performing basic troubleshooting and escalating issues as needed. This role is with a very stable team that looks to promote from within. Ideal candidates will have exposure to different monitoring tools and be able to pick up new processes and technologies quickly. This is a night-shift position, but you will have 3 days off every week. If you are looking for something new, then this could be the role for you!
