A privately owned transportation company in Hoboken, NJ is currently looking for a TTP administrative assistant for the Claims Department.

This role requires 5 days on site, with working hours being from 9am-5pm. Looking to have someone start ASAP.

Responsibilities :

• Data entry for the claims department
• Correspondence internally and with outside vendors / insurance companies
• Filling out forms / sending back forms via email, using a fax machine, managing mail, making files online and on paper, tracking
• Ad hoc requests as needed by the department and its members

Qualifications :

• Good data entry skills and good experience working with word, outlook and excel and PDF forms
• Ability to learn to new internal data sytems quickly
• High attention to detail
• Ability to balance accuracy and efficiency with a sense for urgency
• Ability to consistently meet deadlines in a high volume environment
• Organized with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communicator
• Technically savvy and analytical
• Recognizes opportunities for improvement and takes action
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate on a team

Compensation / Benefits :

45K, hourly in-line
