Responsibilities:

• Overall EPI operational and cost performance of all EPI staff working for US and GPA accounts.
  • Direct supervision of EPI Center York and US/GPA unit at EPI Malaysia
• Part of the Global OPEX team
• Dynamic monitoring of Thruput performance regardless of EPI center location
• Maintain staffing and Thruput ratio as per defined localized control limits (data-based methodology)
• Monitor and maintain operational KPIs.
• Lead optimization projects across EPI staff across different locations
• Be part of active discussion, design, and development of concepts for EPI center operating strategy and execution
• Process standardization incorporation into operations
• Implement and onboard activities at EPI centers as per defined SLIs (which are aligned with new processes and operational standards)
• Technology and data solutions to improve operations.
• Lead segmentation and consolidation of process activities across different US/GPA EPI staffs across different locations
• Drive Operational performance and Throughput yields of EPI center.
• Support current EPI center strategy and assist in developing a future state strategy and plan for EPI center.
• Support for optimization initiatives via regional OPEX resources/teams
• Support upskilling of key personnel within EPI centers in the areas of Lean and other continuous improvement methodologies
• Support HSE/QMS standards and governance initiative
