Job Summary
The EPM role will be responsible for managing the day to day site operations for multiple client sites. This may include site updates, troubleshooting, project management, scoping new requests, new client site implementations, analyzing site metrics etc… The role will partner with the Program Manager (client facing) and work with multiple departments to ensure that the site meets the needs of the client.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage Ecommerce projects and programs for strategic clients.
• Work with project stakeholders throughout the organization to define and execute project scopes.
• Work with internal and external resources to deliver projects on time and on budget.
• Execute to the scope of the creative brief and adjust the budget to accommodate scope changes.
• Execute program site launches with direction from Ecommerce Supervisor to the satisfaction of the client.
• Foster strong working relationships with internal and external partners to ensure client satisfaction.
• Handle multiple responsibilities and prioritize workload effectively with little supervision.
• Ensure adequate project documentation and information is created, shared, and retained.

• Strong understanding of ecommerce production lifecycle management
• Demonstrated team-player with a participative, collaborative, open work style
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage production schedules and ensure deadlines are met
• History of working closely with multiple internal teams on complex projects
• Able to multi-task multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
• Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy ensuring milestones are met with quality results
• Maintain a sense of urgency and ownership for timely delivery of all project elements
• High levels of professionalism when interacting with all internal and external partners
QUALIFICATIONS
• 2 years of experience in Magento (strongly preferred) or similar platform
• 2 years of experience in ecommerce production or online project support preferably with multi-channel retail or brand merchandising.
• 2 years of experience in project management with cross functional teams across the organization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
• Experience in implementing Web Analytics, SEM, and Email Marketing
• Technical knowledge and understanding of standard Web Technology (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL)
• Experience/understanding in B2B integrations a plus
We are pleased to share the base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000. If you are hired at BDA, your compensation will be determined based on factors that may include geographic location, skills, education, and experience. In addition to these factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any offer. In the spirit of pay transparency, the range listed is the full base salary range for the role and hiring at the top of the range would not be typical, in order to allow for future salary growth. The range listed is just one component of BDA’s total compensation and rewards programs, which includes: robust PTO; vacation, a paid volunteer day, holidays and summer Fridays, Benefits; medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D insurance, 401k; tuition reimbursement, mental health and financial wellness programs and professional development opportunities including tuition reimbursement. Certain revenue-generating positions may be eligible for incentive compensation.
