At Eastside Exterminators, we seek an organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our marketing department. This role involves coordinating and participating in projects across multiple departments, enhancing internal communications, and facilitating collaboration to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Support the planning and execution of business initiatives and one-time projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and stay within budget.
  • Department Liaison: Serve as a point of contact between marketing and other departments, coordinating efforts and communicating project needs and statuses.
  • Communication: Assist in crafting and disseminating communication materials to promote project goals internally and externally.
  • Task Management: Handle administrative tasks and respond to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently.
  • Reporting: Utilize Excel, PowerPoint, and potentially PowerBI to create presentations and reports that analyze project data and progress for stakeholders.
  • Technical Proficiency: Leverage advanced Excel skills and other Microsoft tools to manage data, track project progress, and support decision-making processes.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field. Equivalent work experience is also encouraged to apply as well.
  • 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably within a marketing, communications, or human resources environment.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and, ideally, PowerBI.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with various teams and levels of management.
  • Self-starter and analytical thinker with an ability to conduct research, data analysis, and resolve complex problems.
What does it pay?
Youll start at $25-30/hr DOE
