We are seeking an experienced, highly-skilled Sr. Director, IT Operations & Infrastructure to join our innovative technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for powering the employee productivity of a fast growing global workforce and managing the global IT Infrastructure/Operations team. You will work closely with senior leadership, end users, and the broad global IT team to help determine the best way possible to meet the technology needs of the company as we scale.
Qualifications
  • 15 years' experience in information technology, with at least 10 years of experience leading and managing an IT organization or infrastructure group in a high technology company.
  • Excellent change management skills and ability to operate effectively in a fast paced environment.
  • Experience with Cloud Computing, IaaS, and other forms of service based computing models.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully lead and develop global infrastructure organization in collaboration with overall IT strategy.
  • Experience with M&A and track record of rapidly integrating acquired businesses.
  • Successful career progression in complex organizations (multiple data centers, networks, applications).
  • Demonstrated strength in contract negotiations, vendor management, and capacity planning in a fast growth environment.
  • Knowledgeable in compliance and information security.
  • Current on business applications, trends in IT and experience evaluating/implementing outsources solutions and service providers.
  • A process-oriented individual, with strong project management skills, who has the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic organization.
  • Proven ability to consistently and collaboratively resolve issues, mitigate roadblocks, and meets all financial and management goals on time. Will be a self-starter who maps their own direction to succeed.
  • Excellent team management, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Must be comfortable with ambiguity and fast change with an ability to adapt quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills w/ ability to clearly articulate the right message to the right audience from the C-suite to individual team members.
  • Strong business/relevant industry acumen with the ability to quickly and thoroughly understand business priorities, operations, and IT enablement potential.
Primary Job Responsibilities
  • Drives strategic and operational success for the following:
  • Leads the planning, execution and successful delivery of key infrastructure/operational projects within approved budget.
  • Delivers operational excellence; highly scalable and reliable infrastructure, excellent customer service, efficient and agile operations measured with industry leading metrics.
  • Builds, mentors, manages a world class team while fostering a culture of delivering high value solutions and exceptional service.
  • End user services, network operations, systems administration, enterprise collaboration tools, IT cloud infrastructure and endpoint security operations
  • Partners closely with the security function to ensure compliance standards and processes are met.
  • Develops relationships across the enterprise to ensure their IT infrastructure/operational expectations are being met and priorities are set at the appropriate level.
  • Fosters an environment that supports the drive for continuous improvement (productivity and quality) by initiating change and creating an environment that is conducive to change
We are pleased to share the base salary range for this position is $160,000 to $180,000. If you are hired at BDA, your compensation will be determined based on factors that may include geographic location, skills, education, and experience. In addition to these factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any offer. In the spirit of pay transparency, the range listed is the full base salary range for the role and hiring at the top of the range would not be typical, in order to allow for future salary growth. The range listed is just one component of BDA's total compensation and rewards programs, which includes: robust PTO; vacation, a paid volunteer day, holidays and summer Fridays, Benefits; medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D insurance, 401k; tuition reimbursement, mental health and financial wellness programs and professional development opportunities including tuition reimbursement. Certain revenue-generating positions may be eligible for incentive compensation.
