POSITION: Systems Specialist I
DEPARTMENT: Operations
CLASSIFICATION: Non-exempt
SUMMARY:
General Responsibilities:
The Systems Specialist is responsible for the installation of DDC controls on various components of a new project. This position performs troubleshooting to resolve problems, referring more complex problems to supervisor. This position has the responsibility for small and/or components of larger jobs.
Reports to: Controls Field Manager
Direct reports: None
Direction: General supervision, receives direction from Controls Install field team lead and site supervisors.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
80% Programs and installs systems and service installed jobs.
20% Provides customer service by responding to services calls to build and maintain customer relationships.
