BCI Acrylic Independent Dealers is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Representative

Are you a skilled telemarketer looking for an exciting opportunity to shine? 

Bath Wizard® is looking for experienced Telemarketing Agents to join our team.

• High call volume setting. ~ 200 calls/ day in a quick sale cycle environment.

• Experience setting appointments preferred

• Outbound calling with autodialer

• Pay: $15/hour with an aggressive commission plan up to $35 per hour

• Flexible schedules both full-time and part-time

Our Telemarketers will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable talking with dozens of customers per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments. You are positioned for success with an uncapped base salary plus a commission structure and a supportive team and training program to assist you in the next level of career achievement. 

*You will report directly to the Inside Sales Team Lead and work closely with our team of Appointment Coordinators and the rest of the Inside Sales teams. *

What You’ll Contribute 

In this role, you can expect to:

  • Make 150 outbound sales calls to both existing customers and potential customers.
  • Accurately document all necessary information in our CRM database.
  • Handle customer requests to change scheduled appointments.
  • Set appointments efficiently and effectively.
  • Utilize computer systems and software to manage leads and track progress.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve collective success.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telemarketing or sales.
  • Comfortable with high call volumes and achieving targets.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Proficient in using computers and CRM software.
