BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Support Specialist for an opportunity in Indianapolis, IN!

Summary:

  • Position Title : Salesforce Support Specialist
  • Location: Indianapolis, IN
  • Anticipated Start Date: 06/03/2024
  • Duration: Full-Time Employee
  • Work Requirement: W2, sponsorship cannot be provided for this role.
  • Pay Range: $60.000/year

Position Summary:

Join our Technology Services team as a Salesforce Support Specialist, and you will be a critical problem solver supporting our Salesforce-based business systems. You will provide technical support and training while helping end-users fully utilize our Salesforce-based applications. You will work closely with end-users, the Technology Services team, subject matter experts, and key stakeholders to identify and resolve system and process issues. You will own our issue resolution process, facilitating our commitment to continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage Salesforce related problem tickets and related reporting
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues to closure, using data & process analysis tools as necessary
  • Monitor processing jobs and logs; troubleshoot related issues
  • Maintain process and technical documentation
  • Conduct training for end-users
  • Perform basic Salesforce administrator tasks
  • Assist and support Salesforce analysts and developers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, MIS, related field, or comparable experience
  • 1-3 years of experience with Salesforce
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Prior help desk support experience
  • Knowledge of SDLC methodologies
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially with Excel
  • Experience with Salesforce data analysis tools
  • Positive attitude and growth mindset

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Experience with MS SQL or MySQL
  • Staffing industry experience
