TSS is seeking onsite financial support for for the U.S. House of Representatives CAO Office of Acquisitions Management in the O’Neill House Office Building to provide a range of administrative services for the House. Facilitate process improvements, budget formulation, submission, execution, analysis, and tracking of organizational procurement plans.Create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.Provide data-driven metrics for budget projections.Perform financial forecasting, cost analysis, and account reconciliation.Minimum 1 year experience in automated financial systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Follow guidelines for protecting confidential information.Perform a variety of tasks as assigned.The ability to effectively communicate in English through strong oral and written skills.Detail oriented and well organized with the ability to multi-task, in a high paced environment.Must be able to follow directions, and function effectively as part of a team or independently.Knowledge of and experience in the legislative environment, U.S. House of Representatives (USHOR) is beneficial.Requirements:3 years of experience in the financial field such as accounting, finance, or budgetingEducation requirement: Bachelor's degree and minimum of 1 year of experience in the financial field such as accounting, finance, or budgeting.Excellent customer service skills with the ability to work with high-profile customers (Members of Congress and staff).
