TSS is seeing an Equipment Specialist Temporary Candidate qualifications and experience for Equipment Specialist Must be mobile and able to assist with moving or lifting items up to 75 lbs. Be flexible in working hours, maintain a professional appearance, and follow directions. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance. instructions, and procedure manuals. Receive, assess, and validate incoming merchandise for accuracy and condition based on purchase orders. Promptly report discrepancies and initiate return-ship procedures for damaged items. Handle House property with care, promptly reporting any issues to the supervisor. Maintain a secure environment for warehouse and storage rooms. Perform warehouse and storage room activities, ensuring compliance with OSHA codes and safety regulations. Work independently on projects, exercising good judgment, and report progress, results, and issues to management. Remove, inventory, and stage excess equipment and House items for disposal. Ensure proper destruction or sanitization of computer hard drives following established procedures. Safely and carefully transport and properly store furniture, furnishings, office equipment, and other related House items/property between warehouses. Proven experience providing excellent customer service to high-profile customers. Adherence to all safety policies and procedures, including the use of safety shoes. Minimum High School Graduate or GED with 1 year experience in asset management, logistics, warehouse operations, and/or inventory.
