Description

• Cleansing, consolidating, and analyzing financial and operational data to drive improvements
• Preparing financial reports and forecasts to track and evaluate performance
• Preparing analytics to support building detailed, three-statement quarterly and annual budgets
• Analyzing actual vs. budgeted/forecasted performance to understand variances
• Conducting ad-hoc analysis for various departments
• Supporting the execution of add-on acquisitions by analyzing target data, evaluating financial statements and constructing financial models and budgets
• Contributing to the development of acquisition memoranda and presentations used with external and internal parties, including acquisition targets, the executive committee and PE sponsor
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or transaction advisory services
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Superior attention to detail 
• Excellent communication, written and verbal, and analytical skills
• Strong organizational skills, desire to learn and ability to multi-task
• Mature and professional candidate with a strong work ethic 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficient with PowerBI, Tableau, or similar tools
• Experience working with SQL databases or similarly complex data structures
