We are seeking a highly motivated and personable individual to join our team as a Cosmetic Patient Care Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and patient care in a fast-paced dermatology office. Your primary duties will include consulting with patients regarding cosmetic services and products, prepping for cosmetic services and injectables, charting, social media, assisting providers with treatments, and ensuring that our patients have a positive experience throughout their visit.
